  • Item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Return request is initiated within the specified return window (typically 7 days from delivery unless otherwise stated)
  • Original invoice or proof of purchase is provided

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, perishability, customization, or other category-specific restrictions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products marked as “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
  • Personal care or hygiene products once opened
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team via the registered email or mobile number. Once the request is approved:

  • A return pickup will be arranged (where applicable)
  • Customers may be required to share product images for verification
  • Returned items will undergo quality inspection before approval

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after successful inspection and approval of the returned product.

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit

Shipping charges (if applicable) may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.
